Once we are under contract we will:

- Require authorization from your Insurance Representative or Family Authority to allow us to begin remediation services.
- For Insurance purposes, photos and/or video will be taken prior to remediation and afterwards.
- Work with local law enforcement to ensure their work is complete and our technicians can assess the areas of concern.
- Once remediation is complete, the property/location will be released back to the owner or resident.
- Our technicians are committed to performing their tasks compassionately and professionally at all times.

Insurance and Victims Assistance Claims

We will work with your Insurance Agent, Adjuster and Claim Representatives or your State Victims Assistance Office.

Most home, auto, and business insurance policies cover biohazard cleanup services, unless your policy specifically excludes it.

In some states, Victims Assistance may provide benefits to assist in the payment process.
